Retention periods

Account data	Email, profile, and organization details	Lifetime of account
Customer content	Prompts, workflows, outputs, and other content you create or upload	Retained for as long as necessary to operate, analyze, and improve the service
Analytics data	Aggregated and pseudonymized metrics on platform usage and performance	Retained for as long as necessary to operate, analyze, and improve the service
Behavioral event data	In-product actions such as clicks, sessions, and feature interactions	Retained for as long as necessary to operate, analyze, and improve the service
Product usage data	Workflow runs, asset metadata, and operational telemetry	Retained for as long as necessary to operate, analyze, and improve the service

Requesting deletion

To request deletion of your account or associated data, contact support@comfy.org. Certain records may be retained where necessary to comply with legal, security, audit, or fraud prevention obligations.

Partner Node media

Partner Node inputs and outputs are deleted 24 hours after they are stored. For details, see Partner Node Data Retention.
